Listing Health

Entity Details
Under the Entity Details tab, all information relevant to an entity is displayed. This can also be customized based on User Role to limit the information individuals can view.
You can view the data within the interface or export the data to an Excel spreadsheet.
Whenever you create or edit an entity, you enter “Draft Mode”. This allows you to easily pick up where you left off if you navigate away from the platform.
Toggle the Entity Status button and select “Drafts” to see an organized collection of in-progress entities.
People
If you have the Parent/Child functionality set up for your entities, and a Parent location has Children entities associated with it, the Children will display under the People tab. You can easily click into each Child entity to view their full details.

Reporting
This section provides you reporting for individual citations. Selecting the “Details” button allows you to analyze the accuracy of location data by providing an extensive breakdown on how the information in Local Manager compares to the information that is found on the live citations.
Citation Definition: A citation is any mention of the brand on the web; it is any combination of your company name, phone number, address, zip or postal code, and website address. This term is used interchangeably with “listing”.
Note: While this section provides individual reporting information, Section 6: Reporting Tab provides a robust suite of aggregate reporting for a more macro-level view on how your listings are performing. The reporting on this subtab is updated on the first of each month.
