About Notes
Note: The Notes tab can only be configured by your Account Director. Please inquire with your Account Director if you are interested in utilizing this feature.
The Notes tab can be used to embed outside content directly into the Local Manager interface. Microsoft Office, Google, Vimeo, YouTube, and Dropbox are a few platforms that offer embeddable content.
You can add as many Notes as you’d like.
Embedding External Content in Local Manager
Click on the “Notes” drop down in Local Manager.
Select “Embed new Note”
Enter the Note Name. This is the name you will see on the “Notes” tab drop down menu.
Enter the embed URL from your external source.
Note: Online updates to the content will reflect in Local Manager in minutes.
