On the upper right-hand side of Local Manager, you will see your initials in a bubble. If you click on the bubble, you will see the following account details/options:
Account Director : Displays your assigned Account Director’s contact information including their email address and phone number.
Create a Ticket : Directs you to our Online Service Desk where you can submit a ticket to request an update or log an issue.
User Profile : Allows you to update your username, name, email address, and/or phone number. The “Change Password” button also enables you to re-set your password.
Switch Domain : Provides a way for you to switch brands if you are managing multiple brands in Local Manager.
Set as Home Screen : Sets your current Local Manager page as your default homepage. The next time you log in, you will be automatically directed to the page you set as your home screen.

Logout : Allows you to log out of Local Manager.
